Unlike the state unemployment system these funds are yours and are returned to you if you ever decide to leave this program.
Program features also include individual stop loss insurance to cover against any unexpected claims that might occur as a result of a budgetary shortfall or loss of funding for a program. It is designed to allow you to achieve a fully insured position within a short time by accruing sufficient reserve in your account to cover losses up to the level of your stop loss insurance.
Your deposit is based on your organizations payroll and benefit charge experience. You make equal quarterly payments, which covers all of the program costs and reserve deposits.
